In a surprise almost no one saw coming (except perhaps a few employees sworn to secrecy), Ulta Beauty and Bath & Body Works are joining forces, bringing their beloved body care and home fragrance products to Ulta shoppers nationwide—both in store and online.
The partnership will officially begin on Sunday, July 12, when Ulta shoppers in over 600 store locations will find a selection of the longtime body-care brand’s three-wick candles, wallflowers, body cream, hand soap, fragrance mist and more.
With the launch also comes the long-requested return of nostalgic favorite scent Juniper Breeze—a Ulta Beauty exclusive for a limited time. The beloved scent, featuring notes of juniper leaves, green apple, fresh woods and dewy musk, will be available in fine fragrance mist and ultimate hydration body cream. Ulta will also carry two additional exclusives: a Mini Fine Fragrance Mist Set and a White Barn Neutrals candle collection.
This move makes sense for both brands, as Ulta Beauty and Bath & Body Works have both been aggressively pursuing growth in recent years. Earlier this year, B&BW launched an Amazon storefront so Prime users can get their brand favorites delivered within two days without leaving the couch.
Meanwhile, Ulta Beauty has expanded its influence by welcoming new brands such as Selena Gomez’s Rare Beauty and Ayesha Curry’s Sweet July Skin, hosting the second annual Ulta Beauty World, expanding onto TikTok Shop and more.
Bath & Body Works shared the news on its Instagram page, which boasts over seven million followers. In the comments section, fans are practically begging for the return of more discontinued favorites. “Please bring back Amber Blush!!” one person wrote. “That’s one of my favorite smells of all time.” Another made an even more interesting request: “Can we put Ulta products in BBW next?”
