Jennifer Lawrence has never been one to dance around a beauty question. The Oscar winner confirmed she\u2019s had a breast lift in a new interview with The Cut<\/em>, published October 27, while debuting her \u201cbiodesigned\u201d hair-care brand, Mes\u2014available now.<\/p>\n In that New Yorker<\/em> interview, she shared that she wants to feel put-together while raising her two sons. \u201cI want to be a sexy mom,\u201d she said. \u201cAt drop-off, I want to look like a woman that has her s**t together even when I\u2019ve just woken up and don\u2019t have my s**t together.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n The confirmation comes about a year after Lawrence first opened up to The New Yorker<\/em> about her plans and how her body changed after welcoming her second son with husband Cooke Maroney. \u201cEverything bounced back, pretty much, after the first one,\u201d she said at the time. \u201cSecond one, nothing bounced back.\u201d<\/p>\n It\u2019s an incredibly common (and totally normal) experience. Pregnancy and breast-feeding can stretch skin and shift volume, which is why a breast lift (often paired with other procedures as part of a mommy makeover) is such a popular procedure for women after having kids.<\/p>\n In that same 2025 interview, Lawrence was also upfront about how much her career plays into her cosmetic choices. Asked whether she\u2019d still get her breasts done if she weren\u2019t a famous actress, she admitted her job factored into the decision. \u201cMaybe I wouldn\u2019t be hustling to the appointment in the same way,\u201d she said. \u201cBut I think yes.\u201d<\/p>\n The breast lift isn\u2019t the only tweak she\u2019s been candid about. Lawrence has said she skips dermal fillers because they can read on camera, and she likes keeping enough movement in her forehead to convincingly play characters who wouldn\u2019t have access to celebrity dermatology. As for a facelift? She hasn\u2019t had one (yet), but she\u2019d join plenty of stars who\u2019ve gotten real about their facelifts. \u201cNo,\u201d she said when asked. \u201cBut, believe me, I\u2019m gonna!\u201d<\/p>\n Lawrence\u2019s full interview is up on The Cut<\/em> now.
