Barry Keoghan is pulling back the curtain on his skin-care routine. In an Instagram video shared by Nilam Holmes, owner of Milton Keynes-based Dermaspa, the Saltburn<\/em> star gets his second XERF treatment.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve been working with Barry for a while now, looking after his skin through different movies, campaigns and projects and the trust he places in me means a lot,\u201d Holmes wrote in the post\u2019s caption. \u201cHis skin has really improved over the last few years and he looks great.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cToday we did his 2nd @xerfuk skin-tightening treatment,\u201d she continued. \u201cI was running late filming some Xerf content, so rather than make me rush what I was doing, he offered to let me film him having it!\u201d<\/p>\n Keoghan weighed in on camera, too. \u201cI\u2019ve been hearing a lot about it,\u201d he said. \u201cEvery time I come in here, it\u2019s very relaxing and therapeutic. I feel better about myself. I look better. I think it\u2019s important to look after yourself inside and outside.\u201d<\/p>\n XERF, from Cynosure Lutronic, is a radiofrequency device that took off in South Korea before the FDA cleared it in the U.S. in August 2025. It\u2019s billed as the first device to use two RF frequencies at once, heating the skin at different depths to boost collagen and elastin. There are no needles or numbing cream, and built-in cooling keeps it comfortable. Providers can customize each session with three depth settings and 10 intensity levels. Keoghan\u2019s sessions took place in the U.K., where the device is also available.<\/p>\n XERF has plenty of famous fans. Kim Kardashian helped fuel the buzz earlier this year when she called it her \u201cnew fave tightening laser\u201d on Instagram Stories and said it \u201cdoesn\u2019t even hurt.\u201d (It\u2019s technically radiofrequency, not a laser.) Priyanka Chopra Jonas has also shared a video of herself mid-session.
