Between appearances on the morning shows and a stop at the Forbes Power Women\u2019s Summit\u2014reached by way of midtown Manhattan traffic, no less\u2014the supermodel still made time to sit down for something more intimate: a panel for Upneeq (oxymetazoline hydrochloride ophthalmic solution) 0.1%, the prescription eye drop for adults with low-lying eyelids, for which she serves as spokesperson.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a mindset that extends to how she defines power at this stage of her life. For Crawford, it has little to do with status and everything to do with autonomy. \u201cPower now for me is about having choices. That is the big flex. The more I can set up my life where I have the choice to spend time with the people I want to and do the things I want to\u2014that is what gives me power at 60.\u201d<\/p>\n
That philosophy shows up most clearly in her mornings, which she guards fiercely before the rest of the world gets a say. \u201cI have a very intentional routine. I do not look at any texts or any emails when I first wake up. I have to be intentional with that, and I control the incoming for the first 30 minutes of my day. I do a Bible app, my Meaningful Beauty gua sha and oil, I do red light for my hair, I walk outside, I go on the grass. I spend the first half hour feeding myself.
