She\u2019s leaned into a simple, straightforward skin-care routine as the years have gone on and she balances motherhood with self-care time. <\/span><\/p>\n Hart <\/span>previously told <\/strong>NewBeauty<\/strong><\/span><\/i>: \u201cI\u2019ve always been terrible at hydrating, but now I\u2019ve got that big Stanley Cup thing, and I feel like I\u2019m finally properly hydrated. Those have been the biggest changes, but it\u2019s also funny how I do things now, like sleep on my back because I don\u2019t want <\/span>chest wrinkles<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n But really, my skin-care routine has gone from being extremely complicated to a much simpler version,\u201d she continued. \u201cI think that\u2019s also because I had late-onset <\/span>adult acne<\/strong><\/span> in my thirties, and I was trying to navigate that while I was doing <\/span>Melissa and Joey<\/span><\/i>. I was wearing a lot of makeup and breaking out, and then [makeup and breakouts] are just a back-and-forth system. <\/span><\/p>\n But I feel like I\u2019ve simplified my whole health and beauty routine in a way.
