This formula really lives up to its claims of refreshing, smoothing and hydrating. The cooling metal applicator and a blend of menthol, peppermint and spearmint oils give it that fresh, slightly tingly feel, while shea butter and a blend of emollients delivers hydration. <\/p>\n
Lactic acid, a gentle exfoliating acid, helps smooth texture, and vitamin E adds antioxidant support to help protect lips from things like dryness, pollution and general environmental exposure.
