Barry Keoghan is pulling back the curtain on his skin-care routine. In an Instagram video shared by Nilam Holmes, owner of Milton Keynes-based Dermaspa, the Saltburn star gets his second XERF treatment.
“I’ve been working with Barry for a while now, looking after his skin through different movies, campaigns and projects and the trust he places in me means a lot,” Holmes wrote in the post’s caption. “His skin has really improved over the last few years and he looks great.”
“Today we did his 2nd @xerfuk skin-tightening treatment,” she continued. “I was running late filming some Xerf content, so rather than make me rush what I was doing, he offered to let me film him having it!”
Keoghan weighed in on camera, too. “I’ve been hearing a lot about it,” he said. “Every time I come in here, it’s very relaxing and therapeutic. I feel better about myself. I look better. I think it’s important to look after yourself inside and outside.”
XERF, from Cynosure Lutronic, is a radiofrequency device that took off in South Korea before the FDA cleared it in the U.S. in August 2025. It’s billed as the first device to use two RF frequencies at once, heating the skin at different depths to boost collagen and elastin. There are no needles or numbing cream, and built-in cooling keeps it comfortable. Providers can customize each session with three depth settings and 10 intensity levels. Keoghan’s sessions took place in the U.K., where the device is also available.
XERF has plenty of famous fans. Kim Kardashian helped fuel the buzz earlier this year when she called it her “new fave tightening laser” on Instagram Stories and said it “doesn’t even hurt.” (It’s technically radiofrequency, not a laser.) Priyanka Chopra Jonas has also shared a video of herself mid-session. Now Keoghan can add his name to the list.
