Morning Routine
“I’m definitely a routine person. I try my best to wake up at the same time every day—I’m working on it, but have to admit I have a habit of snoozing once or twice. Then I go straight into three minutes of breathwork and a quick cold shower to wake everything up. Lemon water, a 15-minute stroll in the sunlight, a little jump-shake-mobility moment, and I’m good to go. Breakfast is almost always a spoonful of kimchi or kefir followed by eggs, sourdough, avocado and berries.”

“Breathwork morning and night keeps me centered physically and mentally, and wherever I am, I make a point to find the nearest sauna and cold plunge. I also try to use any downtime—like a long travel or rest day—to call friends or family for catch-ups. It helps me stay connected with the people I love and keeps everything in perspective.”
